I've just been driving the family's third car.

Title not in my name + accessible campus + 17 yo brother = no car at school.

We'll see how it goes, though. I may end up buying one myself in the spring if I can't resist scratching the itch of wheels .

The backstory:

c. 2005, some guy bought the car for his wife. However, the dude was a moron... his wife can't drive stick. He sells it back to the dealer. It is now considered a used car. Here comes along my dad. He's like, "hey, I can drive stick." "I also like not paying full price for vehicles." So he buys it for several grand off sticker.

But yeah, so far it's the only manual one I've seen.

Mine either, I guess we learn skills as we progress, not so hard. I know enough about electricity that I have both respect and fear. Dad was an E. Engineer. The biggest project hurdle will be the ECM and control. A proper tune.

Lopping off load and rev stats can be tricky. The Exocet needs even if minimal, a very nasty tune. I personally want to drive the car that is obnoxious in every category short of system. The car is intended to have an eight-track because you are suppose to be listening to the sounds dammit! Haha!
